How should I submit my logo for imprinting?
Artwork should be submitted in vector art, EPS format, whenever possible. programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand can generate these types of files.
What if I don’t have vector art and I can’t produce files in the necessary format?
If you do not have “camera-ready” artwork, we can usually create your art for a small fee.
How long will it take to receive my imprinted product?
Production times vary by product, but normally range from 2-3 weeks after art approval.
Are shipping costs included in the item cost?
Shipping charges are always extra.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover, or checks.
Will I need to pay sales tax?
If you are tax exempt, please provide that number with your order. There is never tax on clothing. Sales tax is only charged to shipments being billed to a Pennsylvania address.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
For large orders or first time orders, we require a 50% deposit. This can be paid by credit card or check. Production will start at the receipt of the deposit.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. To avoid any problems, we encourage you to see a sample of the product before ordering, when there is time. Proofs are always sent, and need to be approved in writing before production starts. However, if after all the safeguards, the product arrives damaged, we will replace the item or offer you a credit.
